Her interdisciplinary research contributes to the ongoing debate on AI integration in business and society. She has delivered numerous presentations at academic and industry conferences worldwide.

A passionate traveler, she has visited over a hundred countries. She earned her Ph.D. from the City University of New York, where she studied online user behavior, allowing her to bring a human-centered perspective to her analyses.
